  • Biosecurity Final Sale Policy: Due to facility phytosanitary protocols and the perishable nature of biological specimens, all live plant purchases are final. Physical returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA): Claims for damaged or dead specimens are governed strictly by our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy and must be filed within 2 hours of carrier delivery with photos of the unopened packaging.

  • Weather-Triggered Holds: We monitor temperature extremes along transit paths. We reserve the right to place orders on seasonal weather hold during extreme heat or freezing periods to ensure specimen survival.

  • Destination Quarantines: Customers are responsible for verifying that their local and state agricultural departments permit the entry of selected botanical varieties.

Section 9: Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
